- Open Workbooks & Licenses to view the included workbooks and set the learner’s access.
- Use Student Login when your learner is ready to begin.
If your membership is still being confirmed, select Refresh Membership in the Portal. If you paid and access is missing, contact support with your order number. Do not buy again.

This is a separate subscription for one additional learner. It starts today and has its own renewal date. A full period is charged; there is no prorating. It requires your active four-learner membership. If that membership ends, extra learner access also ends and future extra-learner renewals are canceled. Unused time is not automatically refunded.
